Convenient Shops Location and Comfortable Rooms. the hotel's location is perfect - close to shops and restaurants. Our room was comfortable and offered a great shower. the staff was friendly and offered some recommendations so that we could better explore the area.
Reception staff lacked knowledge and dull vibe. the lobby was empty and lacked any kind of music.

The hotel was conveniently located near the shops of Warren Street, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local attractions. The rooms were comfortable, and the modern bathrooms were particularly impressive. our stay was enjoyable and we appreciated the convenience and comfort provided by the hotel.
The hotel had a noisy atmosphere, with loud conversations and arguments from passersby waking us up in our ground floor room facing an alleyway. The AC was not working, so we had to keep the windows partially open, which let in the bright fluorescent alley light and made it hard to fall back asleep.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of downtown, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily explore the area on foot or take a short walk to the train station. the rooms are comfortable, with upgraded amenities like a spa bathroom and a fireplace. the staff is helpful and provides recommendations for local businesses. There are also partner businesses where guests can enjoy discounts.
The hotel could improve by offering a complimentary breakfast or a coffee station.
